VINFAST FUTURE BLUE GRAPHIC DESIGN CONTEST 2021 (VFBC 2021)

OFFICIALLY BE ON THE CREATIVE RACE ON APRIL 9, 2021

On 9/4/2021, Vietnam Design Association (VDAS) officially announced the contest “VinFast Future Blue Graphic Design 2021 (VFBC 2021)”, which took place from April 9 to May 9, 2021 with the sponsorship of VinFast. The contest kicked off a series of events that took place throughout the year of the award system “Designing Vietnamese Creative Ideas – VMARK 2021”. With the spirit of” Breaking all the limits with you “, VMARK Design Awards 2021 will not only be the place to initiate ideas, but also promote the unique creative thinking of designers to break through together, creating a solid foundation for a green, smart and sustainable future.

The new contest VINFAST FUTURE BLUE GRAPHIC DESIGN CONTEST 2021 belongs to the category “Branding & Graphic” in the VMARK Vietnam Design Awards | Concept 2021. Taking place throughout the year, VMARK Design Awards 2021 will continue to hold many unique creative design contests for each category of the system including: Industrial Design; Fashion Design & Lifestyle; Multimedia Arts; Digital Design.

“Digital Room Design” and “Brand Application Design” are 2 topics, main types of VFBC 2021. The topic “Digital Room Design” requires the unlimited creativity of designers, so the font digital images will honor modernity, creating stunning signs for the lines of cars for VinFast. On the other hand, the topic “Brand Product Application Design” want the designers think differently in designing the process of brand recognition in unique and impressive products, expressing as much as possible core value of the brand, increase the competitiveness in the global brand competition.

To choose the best work, VFBC 2021 gather Jury Panel, which is the representative of Design Board VDAS, recognized professors and top specialists, representatives of organizations, international creativity boards, like: Mr. Richard Moore – Designer, Chairman and Taiwan Manager of Investigation and Design; Ms. Tran Ngoc Danh – Designer, Vice President of VDAS and Award for Viet Nam Design VMARK; Mr. Eisuke Tachikawa – Desiner – Fouder of Nosigner, the leader of Judges in Japan Design Contest; Mr. Casey Huyn – Deginer, Manager of Design, Fouder, Inchoun National University professor – Global Design Index; Mr. Felipe Taborda – Designer, Composer and Curator of Art; Mr. Khoa Do – Architecture – Professor – University of Curtin and Research Institution, Education and Practice – Hames Sharley; and Ms. Doan Kieu My – Vinfast Marketing Manager.

Designers joining VFBC 2021 Competition will officially register and submit the test from 9/4 to 9/5/2021. The result will be released in 19/5/2021 with total prize is more than 200 million vnd, including: 1 First Prize is 1 electronic motorbike Klara S and two battery included total worth 58.200.000 vnd; 2 Second Prize is 1 Feliz Electronic Motorbike worth 25.000.000 vnd; 1 Third Prize is 5.000.000 vnd and 10 Consolidation Prize are money award, each worth 2.000.000 vnd.

Continuing the succeed of design competitions held by VDAS and Vinfast, VDFB 2021 is supposed to create a creativity playground going through limitation for designers throughout Viet Nam. Successive organizing many competitions related to designs in the country and world level, also that is the strong statement of VDAS with the role as one of the top organization connecting community of creative designers nowadays.
