BECAMEX GROUP APPROVES THE ESTABLISHMENT OF WTC BECAMEX

Becamex Industrial Development and Investment Corporation – JSC (Becamex Group) has announced a Resolution of its Board of Directors approving the establishment of a wholly owned subsidiary operating in the field of trade promotion and business networking.

According to the Resolution, the new subsidiary, WTC Becamex One Member Company Limited (WTC Becamex), has a charter capital of VND 20 billion and is wholly owned by Becamex Group.

WTC Becamex’s principal business activity is organizing trade promotion and business introduction activities, focusing on facilitating business connections, supporting enterprises in promoting their products, expanding into new markets, and fostering domestic and international cooperation.

Regarding its leadership structure, Mr. Nguyen The Duy, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and Deputy General Director of Becamex Group, has been appointed Chairman of the Members’ Council of WTC Becamex and will represent 40% of Becamex Group’s contributed capital in the company. Ms. Huynh Dinh Thai Linh and Ms. Mai Hoang Hai Vi have been appointed as Members of the Members’ Council, representing the remaining 60% of the contributed capital.

In addition, Ms. Huynh Dinh Thai Linh has been appointed General Director of WTC Becamex for a five-year term and serves as the company’s legal representative.

The establishment of WTC Becamex reflects Becamex Group’s strategic direction to expand and professionalize its trade promotion and business networking activities. The company is expected to contribute to strengthening business connections, facilitating trade, and supporting economic development within the Becamex ecosystem and the broader business community.
