Becamex Investment and Industrial Development Corporation (Becamex Group) has recently announced a Resolution of its Board of Directors approving the establishment of a subsidiary operating in the field of trade promotion and business introduction.

According to the Resolution, the subsidiary is named WTC Becamex Company Limited (WTC Becamex), with a charter capital of VND 20 billion, fully owned (100% ownership) by Becamex Group.

WTC Becamex has registered its primary business activities as trade promotion and business introduction, with a focus on implementing trade connectivity initiatives, supporting enterprises in product promotion, market expansion, and fostering domestic and international cooperation.

Regarding the leadership structure, Mr. Nguyen The Duy – Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Becamex Group has been appointed Chairman of the Members’ Council of WTC Becamex, representing 40% of the Group’s capital contribution in the company. Ms. Huynh Dinh Thai Linh and Ms. Mai Hoang Hai Vi have been appointed as Members of the Members’ Council, representing the remaining 60% of the Group’s capital contribution.

In addition, Ms. Huynh Dinh Thai Linh has been appointed General Director of WTC Becamex for a five-year term, and will serve as the legal representative of the company.

The establishment of WTC Becamex reflects Becamex Group’s strategic orientation to expand and professionalize trade promotion and business introduction activities, thereby strengthening business connectivity, promoting trade development, and supporting economic growth within the Becamex ecosystem as well as the broader business community.
