Over the past years, Binh Duong Province and Becamex IDC (Binh Duong) have promoted for deepening cooperation with Eindhoven city and Brainport Group from the Netherlands in the fields of production and business, investment cooperation, development of science – technology, exchange of human resources.., in which especially the cooperation of Eindhoven city, Brainport experts, businesses, institutes, schools of Eindhoven city and Dutch partners for a number of major provincial projects such as Smart City, Binh Duong Industrial Innovation & Technology Hub, Science & Technology Industrial Park, as well as World Trade Center Binh Duong New City (WTC BDNC).
Following that, on October 21st, 2021, two webinars between leaders of Binh Duong province, Becamex IDC, and delegates of Eindhoven City from the Netherlands. World Trade Center Binh Duong New City (WTC BDNC) is honored to be the main supporter of the venue and organization of this important webinar.

The webinar was successfully taken place with the participation of leaders of Smart City Executive Board, Provincial People’s Committee, leaders of related departments: Department of Science and Technology – Smart City Office, Department of Information and Communications, Department of Internal Affairs, Department of Foreign Affairs, Department of Finance, Provincial Public Security and leaders of Industrial Development and Investment Corporation – JSC (Becamex IDC). On the side of the Dutch, there was the participation of Mr. Peter Portheine – Brainport Program Director, EIPO Director, former Regional Councilor Noord Brabant (Netherlands), and Mr. Joost Helms – Director of Eindhoven Academy, Director of EIPO, former Vice Mayor of Eindhoven.
