In order to honor the traditional cultural values of Vietnamese families, it is an opportunity for families to exchange and share experiences in building a cultural family, towards the sustainable development of the family in the industrial era, industrialization, modernization and international integration.

Annually, the grassroots trade union members of the Office of Becamex IDC Corporation always maintain a family day program for the grassroots trade union family members in order to honor the important role of the family society, as well as creating cohesion, the opportunity for families to experience a meaningful festival together.

On June 28 Vietnam Family Day occasion, the Office’s grassroots Trade Union members organized the Becamex IDC Family Day 2023 with the theme of bonding for more than 400 families of union members.

Many fascinating and beneficial activities were held throughout the festival, including a sand painting game area, coloring, cake creation, a family photo area, and a drink booth with a colorful old house background. There were also musical performances, hip-hop dancing, and energetic and exciting martial arts show by children of Trade Union members.

During the implementation of the plan to organize the Family Day program, the organizers also launched a drawing contest for primary school students, with all entries posted on the CSTV Office’s Facebook page. The organization chooses the artwork with the most likes, shares, and votes on Facebook to continue scoring and awarding in the program. The competition’s winner grading according to Family’s theme the competition’s criteria.

At the Festival, more than 200 children who are children of Trade Union members have achieved excellent student achievements in the school year 2022-2023, 03 children have achieved excellent student achievement at City level, 03 children have achieved excellent student achievement at Provincial level and 01 child achieved excellent student achievement at the national level. At the end of the program, there was a lucky draw with many valuable, practical and meaningful gifts for families.

Family Day 2023 has brought families joyful, meaningful moments and solidarity through movement games in which each participating team is a member of a family.

The program will be an unforgettable memory for all Trade Union members and this is also one of the annual activities that follow the policy of taking care of the spiritual life, contributing to motivating Trade Union members to continue to contribute the development of the Company in the future.
