The 3rd edition of the Electric Energy Show (ELECS 2023) took place on May 17-19th in Hanoi with the participation of over 170 domestic and international enterprises showcasing Power Generation Equipment, Renewable Energy, and Transmission Equipment products.
Among them are LS Electric, KEPCO, KEPCO KDN, Korea Economic Research Institute (KERI), Woon Young, YongSung Electric, DK Corporation, G-TOPS, Genad System, K-Solarplaza, Kiwon Solutec, NauMade, Osemco, Surgefree, Surgetec, Dong Yang EEC, Wonseok Hi-Tech, and Elecnova Vietnam and many more.
This show has demonstrated the strong support from the South Korean and Vietnamese government under the agreement to strengthen cooperation on renewable energy and electric saving. This can be seen with the participation of 50 Korean businesses that expressed interest in the Vietnam market and were very willing to meet with Vietnamese counterparts to exchange technology and discuss business cooperation.
ELECS 2023 is jointly organized by the Korea Electrical Manufacturers Association (KOEMA), Korea Electric Power Corporation (KEPCO), COEX Korea, and VIETFAIR. This year, the exhibition is sponsored by LS Electric from Korea and supported by the Vietnam Association for Supporting Industries (VASI) and Ho Chi Minh City Mechanical and Electrical Enterprise Association (HAMEE).
In addition, the exhibition continues to provide seminars on May 17th and May 18th, providing oppoturnities for knowledge sharing, experience exchange, and discussions on electricity and energy-related issues, with the participation of industry experts. Some highlighted topics include “KEPCO’s Energy Valley Microgrid Project,” “Ammonia Co-Firing Technology,” “Grid State Prediction and Analysis (G-SPAA),” “Diagnosis and Analysis System for Substation Equipment,” and “Smart Performance and Lifespan Management of Power Facilities.”
